Q: Why don't you ship to my country?
A: International shipping can be a very tricky process, calculating shipping and setting up the proper tax work. Currently, we're only shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Singapore, and Canada. We hope to add more countries in the near future. If you live in a country that we don't ship to, please let us know!
Q: Your tees are $20. That seems a bit expensive, doesn't it?
A: It's very important to us to make sure all our tees are manufactured and printed in the U.S. with only the highest quality materials. We're confident that $20 for an entirely American-made, high quality tee is a very fair price. In addition to covering those costs we also donate all profits to rabbit rescues, so you can feel even better about where your money goes.
Q: U.S. shipping is $8.95 now? Why?
A: We now ship all of our items not only with insurance, with signature required upon delivery. In the past, we've had a few customers who have had their packages stolen from their mailbox or front porch. We want to make sure that doesn't happen, and to cover a refund if something does.
Q: The shirt/size I want is sold out! When will it be back in stock?
A: We try our best to estimate demand for our shirts, but sometimes the generosity of the bunny community is overwhelming. If something is out of stock, we try and have it available again in the future. Keep checking back!
Q: Which rabbit shelters do your donations go to? Can I suggest one?
We like to keep tabs on various shelters, and donate to a rotating list of shelters that really need money (they all do, really). If you have a shelter in mind that could use help, let us know and we'll be happy to consider them.
Q: I ordered my shirt over a week ago and still haven't received a shipping notice. What's going on?!
A: All non-preorders should be shipped within 2-3 business days. When an order ships, an e-mail confirmation goes out to the address entered when you checked out. That e-mail contains a USPS tracking number. In some cases, shipping may take longer than 2-3 days. If that's the case, there should be a clear disclaimer with the appropriate wait time listed in the product description of the item in question.
